During the summer and fall, we had occasion to receive
and handiw a quantity of cotton which had been exposed to
ail kinds ot'weather oil open boat for near seven month-*, and
we found that portion packed in Cotton Bagging, in better
order than that which was packed in Hemp flagging, and w
believe that the Cotton Brgging will not decoin post as quick
us hemp, when exposed lo wet wrath* r.
