aforesaid , That all such lieu profits as may arise from
section-of the said extended Road,us such sections are,
from time to time, opened lor use, shall Ire applied to
building and equipping the said extended Railroad, mi

aforesaid. That so m> m a* the said extended Railroad
| is completed to the Chattahoochee river, ami fully e
qnipped, the said ( Ompanv shall unite the said new ex
tension stock with the existing stock, and such other
stock as the said Company inuy isue to share holders
in the Road from Savannah to iMueon, bv wav of remu
neration for profits of its Road expended in n comple
tion and equipment, su h other stock not to exceed live
hundred thousand dollars. Provided, That in the un
’ ion of the different stock*, the Koud from Savannah lo
Macon, and it* equipments, shall not he taken or valued

Sec. 7 And be it further enacted by the authority

Sec. 8. And be it further enacted by the autho ity
