ting that John Daniel in his life time, did
give his bond or obligation to Joseph Da
niel. in the penal fum of five hundred
pounds Her ling, to make Titles to the ssid
Jofeph Daniel, for three hundred acres of
land, described in said bond. A copy of
which is to the petition annexed, & praying
that Mofes Daniel, administrator on the ef
tate of John Daniel (dec’d) to make and
execute titles to the legal heirs of said Jo
seph Daniel, deceased, to the tract of land
aforesaid, in terms of the bond or obligati
on of him the said^John Daniel, deceafed.
It is ordered, that after due and legal no
tice by the puMisstion of this «uic, that
the said Moses Daniel, administrator as a-
foresaid, do make aod execute to the legal
heirs of Jofeph Daniel, dcc’d. fnli and com
plete Titles to the aforementioned tract of
land in terms of the petition 1 unlet* con
