must be given in a public gazette SIXTY days pre
vious to the day of sale.
Notice of the sale of personal property must he
given n like manner, FOll FY days previous to the
day of sale.
Notice to the debtors and creditors of an estate
must l»e published for FORTY days.
Notice that application will be made to the Court
of Ordinal y for leave to sell land, must be publish
ed for NINE MONTHS.
