has been published by us ns, the charge of
Judgi' Schley, while it was a communica
tion by an unknown individual to the Grand
Jury While we deeply regret such an oc
currence, we have great* pleasure in taking
the veiy earliest opportunity to correct it

nediately preceding the passage of this act

teen hundred and twenty-five, he and the
