Q N the first Tuesday in August next, will

al hours of sale, the following property, to
wit:
Oue lot of land, No 178, in the lDlh dist of
originally Henry now De Kali) county, levied
on as the property of Peleg H Crapen to satisfy
a li fa in favor of Baker & Wciman.
O te hay mare, levied on as the property of
James Hr-ris to satisfy two li fas in 'favor of
officers of court.

cotton cards, 1 looking glass, 1 clJfck reel, 1
wat$rtub, 1 club axe, l claw hammer, 1 pot.
and hooks, 1 skillet, 1 shovel and tongs, 1
slate, and 1 hand saw, levied on a6 thoproper-
ty of Mathew Hodges to satisfy a fi fa in fa
vor of the state of Georgia vs said Mathew
Hodges, tax collector for the county of Early
for the year 1824, and D. 1). Smith, Absalom
J. E. A Jackson and Willium Bowles his se
