of the Militia for theyrnr 1-23, liy Ri niments ami Ilntla-
lions, will Iwgin on the first Monday in April next.
The Major Generals or Commanders of Divisions w ill issue
their orders to suit the convenience of tlie .Militia within their
respective rmnmands, taking care that the Review s be completed
by the first Monday in July following—They will report to Head
Quarters tin* time and place their review s w ill commence.
Tlie Aids of the Commander in Chief will nssistat the Reviews,
nud report directly to Head Quarters. ,
Brigade Inspectors will transmit to the Commander in Chief,
copies of their returns to Division Inspectors.
The Re urns must he full, accurate, ami precise’—all acts of in
subordination marked, nml appropriately punished, and regular
discipline enforced upon Officers ol all grades, and upon men un
der their commands. .... . ...
The Commander in Chief regrets that it will not he practicable
for him to attend all the Reviews. The Generals of Division and
Brigade will attend personally to the due execution ol their
