202 1-2 ueres. It provides for the election
nnd pay nf 3 sectional and 24 district sur
veyor-. The surveyors to he called out fur
the performance of their duty, whenever the
Governor slinll think proper, not, however,
until after the adjournment of the next ses
sion of Congress, unless previous to that
time the federal government shall decide in
favoi of the claim of Georgia, in which case
the surveyors to he called out as soon there
after as possible.
