tory to David G. Gibson, thereby obliging himself to make ti

Bond—and whereas said Bond has been legally transferied
to Mrs. Ann Marlor, who has filed her application, together
with said Bond, praying that the Executors and Executrix of
said Mansell J. Smith he required to execute to her good und
sufficient lilies to said land:—
It is, therefore, Ordered, That a Rule Nisi be granted re
quiring said Executors aud Executrix to show cause, within
the time prescribed by law, why said prayer should not he

body of one Joseph Hull, and that said SELF has (led from

the apprehension and delivery of suid SELF to the Sheriff
or Jailor of said county of Bibb.
