•hews, that Nancy Malone did, on the third
day of January, 1823. execute to him her mortgage on
lmtNo.23, in the second district nf Houston now
Bibb county, containing two hntidred two and a half
acres, to secure the payment of a note of hand origin*
ally given for fifty dollars, upon which there is remain
ing due the sum of forty-one dollars, sixty-eight and
three-fourth cents principal and twenty-seven Mol-
lars and forty-eight cents interest.
Whereupon, it is ordered by the Court, tbit the
principal, interest and eotl due upon the said mort
gage, be paid Into this Court on or before the first day
of (he nest term of this Court, and that a copy ol this
rule be published in one of the public Gazettes in Ma
con, once a month for four months, before the next
term of this Court, or be served upon said Nancy
Malone three month! before tbe next term of tbit
Court.
