Moreland, with' Uriah Yarbrough in the sum of two
hundred dollars, ronditioned that the said 1 irikuey
wax to make good and lawful titles lo lot number inuc-
tv-lln'or in the tliirteenth district of saitl comity, nnd
the said bond dated ftlh January, 1822, and that on
the aith May, 1822, the said Tuttle H. Moreland as-
signoil snid bond toyoiir petitioner John Itnwls. nnu

that William Byrd has administered on snid Pinkne/
Yarbrough’s estate, nnd tliat wld titles have never

to be made, we hind ourselves, our heirs and assigns
jointly and severally, by these presents, conditioned
to lie trail if the above bound Pinkney Yarbrough
shell within thirty days from the dete hereof, make
good and lawful titles lo the said Tuttle II. Moreland
orhisassignstolotof land number ninety-three, in
the thirteenth district nf Houston county, and deliver
said Tuttle II. Moretnnd, the plot and grant for *he
same, then the above bond to be null and void, other
wise to remain in foil force and vjrtue. In testimo
