shews, that Nancy Malone did, on the third
day of January, 1823, execute to him her mortgoge on

acres, to secure thF payment of a note of hind origin
ally given for fifty dollars, upon which there is remain
ing due Ihe sum of forty-one dollars, sixty-eight and
three-fourth cents principal and twenty-seven ’dol
