gia, planter, slating a Deed of Conveyance Loin
John Graham, lute ot the provir.ee ol Georgia,
to Jolt Caldwell, late of Souih-Caiolina, lor
twelve hundred uctes ol land, situate in the pie
sent county of Libeity. in the state of t.toigia,
known by the name of Bil!ie’s neck ; bounded
south and southwest on Aorth-Newport river
and land of Robert Nobles, east and northeast
on land of George Nobles and vacant land, and
north and northwest on vacant land, beating date
the day ot , one thousand seven hun
dred and sixty-four; a copy whereof, asneuiiy ~s
the petitioner could recollect, was annexed to
said petition, is now lodged in the clerk’s office,
together with an affidavit, pursiuff to the acts
of this state, oi force in such cases, has been
lost or destroyed ; and praying the benefit in
tended by the aforesaid acts, and other circum
stantial proof being laid before the court: It is
ordered, that the said Deed of Conveyance,
from the s. ici John Graham to John Caldwell,
for the land aforesaid, be established as direct
ed by law, on the said Thomas Young publish
ing a weekly notice, in one of our public ga
zettes of this state, for the space of six calen
der months, unless good and sufficient cause
shall be shewn to the contrary, within the said
six months, or other matter shall appear to tit©
