Georgia, passed on the sth day of December,
1807, to incorporate the PLANTER’S BANK,
it is directed, “ That after the expiration ol’
six months from the passing of the act, the com
missioners shall, and are required, to return
die subscription books, with ail papers aoper
lining thereto, within thirty days after the ox
idation of the said s*:x months, to the commis
s ‘tiers in Savannah, together with the amour.r.
