Notification.
Whereas by the act of the Legislature of
Georgia, passed on the sth day of December,
1807, to incorporate the PLANTER’S BANK,
it is directed, “ That after the expiration of
six months from the passing of the act, the com
missioners shall, and are required, to rctur
| the subscription books, with all papers upper
’ tabling thereto, within thirty days altt-r the e
t piration of the said six months, to the commis
sioners in Savannah, together with the amount
of cash by them received.” And whereas tlu
time prescribed for the return of the suhsr rip
tion hooks and all papers appertaining thereto,
together with the cash received by the tom
njissioners appointed by the said act to receive
subscriptions to the stock of the said bank, h.e
expired; the said commissioners are hereb
required, without delay, to comply with th<-
provisions of the said act, and where no share
have beYn subscribed for at any of the place
pointed out by the said act for opening book
for subscriptions, to apprize the commissionei
at Savannah thereof, in order to enable them t>
