Agreeable to an order, absolute, of the hon
orable the justices of the inferior court of
Wayne county, will be sold at the house qf
captain William Clements, on the eighth day
of September next, the following seven Tracts
of Land, belonging to the estate of captaia
JohD Johnston, deceased, for the benefit of the
heirs, viz :—
TWO TRACTS of five hundred acres each,
in M‘Intosh county ; one on Jones’s creek, the
other on the Alntamaha river.
