The Managers inform the public that they
have made such a contract for the sale of tlie
Tickets, is to render the drawing of the Lot
tery. at the time appointed, absolutely certain.
They therefore engage to commence the draw
ing at New-Hkven, on the 15th day of October
next, and to continue from day to day, at a
rate not exceeding 600 tickets pe^ day, until
'the whole are drawn. The drawing shall
positively be completed by the 15th of Novem
ber next. The Managers have given bonds
to the state, with surety, for the payment of
the prizes which may be drawn.
