in the island of Cuba, a province of Spain, hav
ing on board a cargo consisting of torty three
hogsheads of -ugar. thirty one barrels of sugar,
seventy five bags of Crffce, thirty nine hogs;
heads and one barrel of motasses, twelve bar*
rels and two bigs of limer, two boxes of sweet
meats, and a quantity of loose fruit, together
with three negro slaves—that the said three
negro slaves were taken on board the said
schooner Nancy at Havana aforesaid, a loreiga
port or place, to be frem thence transported

port of Savannah in the district aforesaid, fa be

barrels of sugar, for certain violations of Ihe
act of the congress of the United States, for
the collection cf duties on imports and tonnage-
Now, therefore, you, the said marshal, are
hereby commanded to cite and admnnsh, all
and every person and persons, having or claim*
ing ary interest in the said boat, and the said
anie’es, to wit, ibe said five barrels and four
bags coffee and thiee barrels cf sugar, so iUd^
gaily imported, as aforesaid, or any part there*
of, to appear at a special court of admiralty, to
