Oats are in limited request and lower. The sales

GKOctHiEs.—We have no change of any impor
tance to advise since our last. For Kio Codec there
is some inquiry and prices are steady at isa_’lc gold,
‘but West India styles of Coffee sell in very small
and prices arc more or less nominal. Molas
ses continue firm for prime lots which are scarce; hut
the business is very light. Sales at66aGOc Jur Cuba
Muscovado. 55a95 for Porto Rico, and 65c for Barba
does. Rice is steadv at laal3' 4 c for Carolina, and
for East India. Raw Sugars remain at a
stand still, the transactions for the week looting up
less than 1,000 hhds. Prices favor Die buyer and We
quote nominally at 12 **J3**o lor fair to good refin
ing.
Bi ttkk and Chkksk.—Butter continues doll and
is selling only in a retail way. Prices are lower and
favor the buyer at the close. We quote Ohio and
Western at 25a360, the latter rate for choice- West
ern Reserve 2*a3sc ; State firkins 40a47e do Welsh
tubs 40;i47c and orange co. pails 50a35e; Cheese is
in fair demand and steady at lsalOLjc for factory, 17
ai9e for State Dairies, 22a27 for Kngli-h Dairy, and
GO; 1 40 for Pineapple.
Provision's.—Tlie Pork market continues rather
irregular, closing on change dull and heavy, at our
inside figures. K<>r December delivery we note boo
bids old Mess. flßo4-5) sellers option $29,00, and for
January delivery 2500 bbls new Mess (1865-6) at $28.-
505.-iiers option, and $3,009 buyers option.
The sales, cash anj regular, are booo bbls at $29,00
a- M>j for Mess : $25.75 a26,*25 for Western Prime
Mess.
Beef is moderately active and steady. Sales pf
500 bbls at $12,00a 14.50 for old plain Mess \ $17,00 a
•20. for new do ; $14.50a16.75 for old extra do: aim
•22.00a25,0u for new do.
Tierce Beef is quiet. We quote at $35,00a37,00
for Western prime Mess: $42,50a44,00 for India Mess;
$56,u0a07,00 for India Beef.
BfcfcF Hams are dull and heavy at $34,00a36,50 for
TV stern.
Cut Meats remain nominal.
Bacon is dull. Sales of Cumberland cut on spot
at 15c. and for .lauiiarv delivery 14 v*.

stocks. We quote I3al3‘ a for city, 200 lbs and over,

Lard is dull and nominal. Small sales at 19a‘20 for
city and western,

Cotton.—'The market has continued dull and
heavy under the influence of large receipts and un
favorable advices from Europe. At the close the de
mand is light and prices are irregular, closing nomi
nal at about 48a5ic for middling. Sales for three
days 5,090 bales. Receipts same time 19,100 bales;
lor the week 37,845 bales.
Gold.—The market opened at de< lined to
