terials, and is copper fintencd.
She is 126 feet long; 26 feet beam, and 8 feet
pth of hold.
Her engine is a lever beam, of 60 horse power,
built by C. Render, of Baltimore, under the par
ticular inspection of the Into W. Scarborough,
E«j. Her holier is new, having been in use out
a few months; it was built by Fuwceto, Puston &
Co. of Liverpool, ut n cost ’of $0,500. Her cab
in is well furnished with 12 berths, wash room aud
water closets.
The bout is well found, with anchor, chain ca
bles, hawsers. cooking und cabin ttovfs, cabin
furniture, bedding, &c. and is now ingood order
ibr business.

Cotton Plantation und Negroes

T HE Cotton Plantation known as Sombre-
moncle, situate in Bryan county, ou Great
Ogechec Neck, hounded by lands formerly Mor
el’s and Young’s, now Roger’s, containing 1076
acres, of which 320 are cleared and have beeu
planted in cotton and provisions; 200 ucres rich
