Extra Family Flour is much needed, and a fair article in good demand et $7 7k. Lard is in store in come quantity, wnd tells freely at 12j in tierce, 13j in cans. Corn is steady, with good demand. Large lota Yellow sold to-day at 89; White according to quality. For the purpose of replying, stonoe, to many correspondents, we would aisle that the quota tions given by us in this department, reler to Wholesale Price* only, art taken from actual sales, and may be relied on as correct. It is not our intention to give a shade above or be low the price that goods can be bought at, but it must not be expected that an order fora few bushels or a few pounds can be filled at these quotations. An order of reisonable sise will erM<*y the benefit, none others. We would suggest to buyers to give this mar ket a trial, feeling satisfied that the prices, quality and promptitude in getting goods, will be satisfactory.
