Major Anderson to Command Kentucky Brigade—I*owftilana and Tennessee Troops In Virginia. WAsninoTon, May 9.—President Lincoln hss accepted two Regiments of Volunteers from Kentucky—enlisted for the War—and consent ed that Maj. Anderson shall accept the com mand of the Brigade. This gentleman is re lied upon by ibe President to make good hia declaration ia New York, to plant the Stare and Stripes in their old location on Fort Sum ter. Magoffin, in his special message te the Kentueky Legislature, denounces Lincoln’s movements. Hs Inclines strongly towards the South, but re fers the whole subject to the people.
