And be it further enacted, Thai there shall bo levied, collected and paid, on each and every nou-enuraerated article which bears • similitude, either In material, quality, text ure, or the uses to which it may be applied, to any enumerated articles chargeable with duty, the same rate of duty which ia levied and charged on the enumerated article by the fore going schedules which it most resemble# in any of the particulars before mentioned; and if any pon-enumerated article equally resem bles two or more enumerated articles on which different rates of duty are chargeable, there shall be levied, col looted and paid on such non-enumerated article, the same rate of duty as ia chargeable on the article which it resem bles paying the highest duty.
