in said connty, on the first Tuesday in April

tion of said city; one containing one half acre
more or less, and fromting the old Whitehall
Street on the sooth; the other, containing one
eighth of an acre, lying near the Macon A
Western Railroad. The said lots sold as the
of base Rosser, deceased, for the
nefit of the heirs and creditors of said de
