A ND leave unprovided for wife, child or
friend, when a trifling sum paid, either
annually or quarterly, will secure for them a
home and comforts of life. The Georgia Home
Life Insurance Company offers inducements
superior to any life insurance company pre
sented before this community. Insurance may
be had for ono year or for life. The life of a
debtor may be assured for the benefit of hia
creditors. A man can assure his own life so as
to secure the benefit of the Assurance himself
r.n attaining a certain age, while if he die be
fore, the sum assured i3 paid to his represen
tatives. “I cannot afford it." Three cents a day
will assure $500 to a person twenty-eight years
old, and a younger person need pay still less.
Is not the question, rather, can you, consider
ing your family, afford to die unassured.
jfsgr Policies in Northern Companies'ean be
transferred to this Company on liberal terms,
and with little trouble.

1 PHILIP’S CHURCH, Atlanta, Ga., was
organised soon after the commencement of
active hostilities, end has been industriously
but quietly laboring in its patriotic work eyer
since. Atlanta h-Aving been constituted by
the authorities a principal station for Hospi

from every part of the Confederacy, and the
number is likely to be largely increased.
We appeal to oar fellow-patriots to send us
anything they can spare that would be useful
for the sick and suffering. A careful and just
distribution will be made of all that we re
