Opinions of some of our Celebrated Surgeons
Basrow Hospital, Savannah, Ga, April 23,1362.
(gentlemen: In reference to your plaster, we use nothing
else, wo have nothing else, we need nothing else. It is con
sidered indispensable in field surgery—as the common ad
hesive plaster cannot be used on the field without greal
inconvenience. I most cordially endorse every word that
has been said or written in its praise.
Respectfully, yours, Ac., H. II. FLINT, M. D-
Medic.u, Diksctost Office, Charleston, S C.
Messrs. J. H. Ziilin <£ Co :
Gentlemen: I have tested your Isinglass Plaster and
find it an excellent article; possessing,as y..u say, tenacity
with fiexiblhllity. I take pleasure in recommending it to
army Surgeons, to be used In all cases where this kind of
plaster is Indicated. Very respectfully,

And Medical Director Department S. C. and Ua.
Uknkral Hospital, Waynesville, Qa.
Gentlemen: I have made a trial of Danforth’s Isinglass
Adhesive Plaster, and am pleased to say that I legard it in
all respects superior to Husband's. It has an adilltional
claim upon the profession of the Confederacy in being of
home origin and manufactuie.

of Alabama, are making and selling a limited amount
of Copperas, and a solution composed of Bine Stone, Cop
peras and fixed Sulphuric Acid, at the low price of twenty

mines—transportation being added to other points. Orders
are solicited for the above. The Copperas is fur superior
to any imported article. Samples of the Copperas, and
