Iffcompriseg 27 pages and is handsomely printed on the best of paper, and stitched—done up by John H. Sealsiu his best style, which is equal to the beat job ever turned out in New York. Seale does the handsomest jobs of any man we know. The first estimate of the pamphlet wae that it would make sixteen pages, and could be.offer ed at 25 cents. It has nearly doubled the estra mated size, and the remainder of the edition (after supplying those who have already sent in their subscriptions) will be sold at 50 cents per copy. A lew copies are on hand. If is one of the ablest, soundest, and most statesmanlike documents that have appeared on the subject of our Government finances.
