Concluded with his serene htghnefs the elec
tor palatine of Bavaria.
The general in chief of the army of the
F,ht n and Moselle, deft ring to accede to the
pacific intentions of his serene highness the
elector palatine of Bavaria, grants him,
for the duchy of Ba varia-, the high palati
nate, the County of Neubourg, the part of
palatinate of the Rhine, and the part of
the duchy of Berg, on the right bank of
that river, the b jhopricks of drifting, of
Rat f bon (the city not included) Faft'au,
the provoftj.bip of Brrcho ‘ fgauen, th chap
ters ofOber and Nidir Mu.flcr, St. Em
erand, and the county of Grtenbourg, a
JujpenJton of arms.
And the following are the principal con
ditions
I. The elector of Ba v aria shall with
draw imm diately, from the coalesced ar
mies, all the troops which he is to furnifh
as his contingent. I hey shall continue in
arms, and he jhall have the and jpojal of his
army as he fhalljudge fit * for the interior
police of the country.
’ 2. The French troops Jhail always j
have afree passage through the country of
the elettor cf Bavaria ; those who, by
the chance of war , may have occasion to
march through the above countries, shall
be quartered upon the inhabitants , or lodg
ea m barracks, according to circumstances,
but w thout giving to the landholders, or
other proprietors, any right to indemnify
far the camps or other field eftablfhnunts,
which the military operations may require.
3- Th e general in chief will be par
ticularly canful, that persons and proper
ty jhail be rejpetted by the troops, which
the chance of war may force to pajs through
the electorate of Bavaria. He will be
careful to avoid, as much as poftible, in
such pastes, the city of Munich, and other
electorate rest dentes-.
4. Ihe Elector of Bavaria shall pay
into the hands of the paymaster of the ar
my of the Rhine and Moselle, ten millions
of Itvres, m French or German specie, at
French currency, or in bills of exchange,
or in bullion.

nifb 300 saddle horses, 600 cavalry hor
ses, 900 dragoon horjes, and 1500 artil
lery horses.
6. The elettor of Bavaria shall fur
nifh, within fix Weeks, 200,000 quintals
of gram, two thirds of which ftjall be
wheat, and one third rye ; 100,000 quin
tals of oats ; 200,000 quintals of hay ;
and he fhallfurnifh besides 100,000 pairs
of shoes, and 10,000 pairs of boots ; or
otberw fe, 30,000 ells qf ofticers's cloth.
7. In case that the operations of the
war shall remove the army from Bavaria
and that these contributions in kind shall be
deemed unneceftary, it shall be in the pow
er of the French to demand a proportiona
ble film in specie.
8. It Jhail be permitted to such French
art ifts as the government shall appoint, to
choose out of the galleries of Munich and
Dujfeldorff, twenty pittures, which shall
be delivered to the French government ac
coidwgly.
9. Hisferene h ighnefs shall forthwith
fend to Paris, to the directory, a plenipo
tentiary to negoci ate afeparate peace with
the French republic.

RUN-away from the fubferiber, on Mon
day the 28th ultimo, a Negro Fellow, na
med Friday, lately purchased of Mr. Ebenezer
Jackson, and formerly owned by Mr. Coftiman
Pollock. As he is well known in and about
this city, any further defeription is unnecessa
ry. Any person delivering him to the fub
feriber, or the goalcr of this county, shall be
entitled to the above reward.

100 Dollars Reward.
RUN-AWAY from the Subscriber, on the
17th November last, and supposed to have
gone up the river in a Boat, the following new
Negro Men, viz. Muffa, Bob, Bath, Qua, Bell.
The fir ft two can speak so as to be loleiably
well understood ; the other three can barely
tc'l their names. All the five, had shoes, hats,
or caps, two blankets, two jackets, two pair of
trow let s, made of negro cloth ; the last three
had besides, ftriued flannel robbins. On the
left fhouider blade of each, was this mark, T. Y.
with a silver brand. The above reward, will
be given for all, or TWENTY DOLLARS
lor either, if delivered in Savannah to theSub
feriber. From many circumstances it is pro
bable, that the foregoing Ncgioes, have been
taken oft from the Sublctibers Plantation, on
this River. A further reward of ONE iiI'N
DRED DOLLARS, will be paid, to any
Perlouor Persons, informing against, and pro
lecuting to conviition, the Perion or Persons,
who inveigled them away.

CAPITAL SAW-MILLS.
THE following very valuable property, is
offered for Sale. Eight thousand four
hundred acres of LAND in Winton County,
South-Carolina, on a creek called the New
Three Runs, with the valuable Saw £3 Grist
Mills thereon. The latter procure by toll a
lafgequantity of Grain, the former with prop
er management, will cut on an average, four
thousand five hundred feet of inch boards per
day. Four Saws are worked at present, and
the stream is so abundant as to admit of several
more being put up, and constantly employed
to advantage. These Mills have been lately re
built by an excellent Mill Wright, and are in
finitely superior to any in the Southern States.
Their working is never impeded by frclhes or
w'ant of water. Rafts of 30,000 feet are, and
larger may be, brought from the mouth of the
Runs to Savannah, m fix days. Persons dis
