Agent for Vaccination, hereby gives no
tice, that genuine vaccin e mat
ter, will be furnilhed to any Phyiician
or other citizen of the United States, who
may apply to him for it. The application
muff be made by poll and the rrquilite fee
(five dollars) in the current bank paper of
any of the middle ftates,forwarded with it.
When required, such dirtTions, See. how
to use it, will be furnilhed with the nutter,
as will enable any difereet petfon who can
read and write, to secure his own family
from the Small Pox, with the greateff cer
tainty. and without any trouble or danger.
All letters on this subject, to or from
the underligned and not exceeding half an
ounce in weight, are carried by the Uni
ted Stares’ mail free of portage, in confor
