ment of a Board of Trustees, in conjunction with a Board

and a Field Buttery, consisting ol’ four six-pounder brass
pieces, and two twelve-pounder Howitzers.
The Superintendent and the Commandant, are gradu
ates of YVest Point, nnd as the Institute is upon thp YVest
Point plan, the public may be assured that the govern
iuent, discipline and course of studies wltl be strictly eu
forced.
