HAVING notieodtlie certificate of chemical analysis given by the celebrated chemist Dr. J. li. Chilton, of New Yol k city, iu saver of Rhodes’ Fever and Ague Cure, that it contained neither Quinine, Arsenic, Mer cury. nor Strychnine, and having received numerous ap plications for it, 1 was induced to send to Dr. Rhodes for the medicine. Since then ] have disposed of a large quantity, mostly lo residents of this city, who have inva riably been cured by it, and to whom I can refer. I urn, therefore, satisfied in recommending it to be all that the proprietor represents. EDWARD S. WHEATON, Presd’t of Pharmaceutical Society of Missouri. 70 Bottles Perform 70 Cures, Constantine, Mich., Sept. H4th, 1855. JAMES A. Rhodes, Esq.—Dear Sir:—l have just sent an order to Ames A Ualliday for another halt gross of your Fever and Ague Cure. It lias sold like “ Hot Cukes,” and I have only two bottles on baud. One reason it has sold, is because when I have heard of a case of Ague or Chill. Fever, I have sent a bottle and teld them to try ■it, and if It did uot help them, they were not obliged to pay for it, aud they were all satisfied. I had one case of Chill Fever where it run four days, hut the man came to see me on the sixth day well satisfied. Truly yours, JOHN P. GLADDING. Had tlie Ague for Twelve Years I Providence, June 29, 1855. Having been informed of the illness of a poor, hut worthy woman, who has not been fra e from Fever and Ague a month at a time for the last twelve years, 1 sup plied her gratuitously witli Rhodes’ Fever and Ague Cure. Shu took iu all four bottles which completely re stored her to health and strength, and as four months have now elapsed, there is no reason to doubt tlie perma nency of the cure. C. A. P. MASOF, Apothecary. 34: Battles Perform 34 Cures. Moline, 111., Sept. H 4, 1855. Mb. James A. Rhodes —Dear Sir—The box of “ Ague Cure” you sent us has all been sold aud created a large demand for more; to meet which we iiave ordered from your general agent at Chicago, J. If. Yerrington. Its sale will only he equalled by file number of Fever and Ague eases. Hoping these cases may be few, yet have a bottle for every case. We remain respectfully yours, RICHARDS & ALLEN. Louisville No. 11, C. R. R.. Ga., Jan. 1, 185(1. Your Ague Cure lias overcome all prejudices Ly its merits, and given satisfaction. A gentleman just called who has been fully cured by only one bottle, and de sired me to recommend it to everybody. I shall do all I can in its sale. W. A. lIAYLES. Only Caution. —ln certain specified case.-, pour the contents of one or more bottles of tlie Curo into shallow vessels, (dining plates,! aud place them in sleeping rooms; for tlie vapor rising from tlie modicino, aud also the air wafted across, or circulated over the dregs of it, after tlie liquid is evaporated, will counteract aud destroy, to a degtee commensurate with its expo sure, the, miasmata or poison contained in tlie apartment. This mode of exhibiting the Cure should likewise bo resorted to when very young infants are exposed to malarious situations. The bottles in which this medicine is put up have tlie wolds, ‘-Rhodes’ Fever and Aoue Cube'’ blown in the glass, aud on the outside wrapper is the name of the medicine, (tlie copyright of which is secured) and tlie signature of tlie proprietor. These precautions are taken to prevent counterfeits and imitations. The reliance fob its success is entirely upon its actual merits, wherever introduced and used. These will be considered sufficient.
