both parties, but of the former, the most

An Ordinance.
Be it ordained by the. Commissioners, of the
' town of Athens, and it is hereby ordained-
by ihe Authority aforesaid:
T HAT from and after tlie first day
of July next, it shall be the duty of
the Marshal to kill all dogs runniogwt large,
or following any negro iu the streets of
