COACHES is now running from Rome, Fld'd
County, (.a., to Gunter’s Landing, upon Tennessee
River* in Alabama, Vormmg a connection between
the Stage Lino now in operation, from the head ol
| the Georgia Rail Road to Rome, and the Steam-
Boat and Rail Road Line from Gunters Landing
to Tuscumbia.
This Line will leave Rome every Monday, \V ed
nesday and Friday morning, and arrive at Gunter’s
Landing on the evening ot the same d-js. Re
turning will leave Gunter’s Landing every Tues
day. Thursday and Saturday morning, and anive
in Rome on the evening of the same days, thus
forming an uninterrupted intercommunication be
tween the t it} - of New York and Tuscumbia,
North Alabama, where 't ravellers will find Stages
to convey them in every desirable direction. The
time occupied in trave lling from New York to Tus
cumbia, will be as follows: Four days from New
York to Greensboro, Ga., at the Head of the Rail
Road ; three days from thence lo Gunter’s Land
ing, Alabama, and one day from thence to Tus
cumbia. Traveller- to Huntsville and Nashville,
will leave this Line at Gunter’s Landing, and ar
rive in Huntsville on the morning of the Sth day
from New York, and in Nashville, on the 9th-
Travellers to Memphis, Tennessee, and Columbus,
Mississippi, will anive in those places in 10 days
