Catharine Turley and Margaret Ann Turley, minors

have changed their residence from said county to the
State of Mississippi, and that James R. Brooke, Guar

ed Guardian in the State of Mississippi, and that he
hath complied with the law regulating the removal of
Guardianship from this State to other States: hi s

R. Brooke, Guardian as aforesaid, be at the Septem

The complainant in this cause, showing by his bill,
on oath that the defendant William Shortridge has
left the Stale, that the defendant Sugar Bond resides
in the county of Jackson, and the defendant William I
Wiliams resides out of this State, and that defendant I
James B. Adams resides in said county of Elbert: It
is ordered that said bill and subpoena be served on
said Adams, and that said defendants Shortridge,
Williams and Bond, appear at the next term of Elbert
Superior Court on the third Monday in September
next, and plead, answer or demur to said Bill ; and
that this order be published in the Chronicle and Sen
tinel once a month for four months previous to said

wright executed to the said John H. Scott a mortgage
i deed of a certain tract of land, situate, iyino and be
* ing in the county of Columbia, and State of Georgia,
on the waters of Germany’s Creek, adjoining lands of
John Langston, Jerusha Scott, estate of James Gre
nade and Elias Wilson, the same conveyed by Ed.
Bacon to said Thomas W. Boatwright, containing
1 one hundred and thirty-eight acres of land, more or
f less, to secure the payment of thirteen promissory notes
t for the sum of thirty dollars, and one for the sum of
f ten dollars; all bearing date on the day and year
above mentioned, and due and payable live and a half

land in Elberton, containing three-fourths of an acre,
more or less, bounded by lots of SimuiM Hall and the
streets on the south and east; and the said PermeliaPul
liam has departed this life without executing titles in
conformity with said bond; It is ordered bv the
Court, that all persons show cause, if any they have
on or before the first Monday in September next, why
