where- the revolution has produced so much
anarchy, oppression, fraud, and rapine. The
sooner a revolution to subvert the effefts of
such crimes takes place, the better. The wife

for having undone all the mifehiefs of the
black years of the late war. The votes ia
favor-of the bill were 44, against it 18.
