Being taken up and confidercc, and it ap
pearing, that the land in dilpuie, viz “ one

cant land, and ought not to be cinfidered as

therefore:

pular. How far the arguments heretofore made
use of, in the discussion of this fobjrft, ate
conclusive, is submitted ; and, in consideration
that it will now beet me a matter of legisla
tive deliberation, it is high time to wind up
these lucubrations; to conclude Has not
Congress, by the ratification of the Convention
at Beaufort, (as has been already shewn)
