Foreigners who are Citizens, are re
quested to produce a certificate of their

grounded hope of giving falisfadion to
those who may hereafter favor him with
their company. To avoid, however, as
far as may be in his power, any dilap
pointments or misrepresentations in re
gard to this place in future, he leels it a
duty to puhlilh a candid account, as well
of the buildings, as the nature and ex
tent of accommodation here, with the
prices of each article.
