to the firm of Hunt. A Johnston iu the earn of
Twenty-Three Hundred Dollars, principal
debt, ant the further sum of Two Hundred
Dollars interest and commissions, it is order
ed by the Court that said Joseph A. Jackson,
mortgager, do pay into Court on or before the
first aay of the next term thereof, to lie held
on (ho third Monday in May next, the amount
of (he p incipat, interest and commissions as
aforesaid, and alao the ooHla of ault, and that
this rule be published once a month for four
months, or served on said mortgager, or his
special agent or attorney, at least three
months previous to the lime at which the
