the caution inserted by the City Council of Au
gusta, in the Gazettes of the city, against any,
persons renting the Common from the Boardi

Academy afoiesaid. This caution is the more
extiaordiaary,. inasmuch as the City Council
have been for the last ten years up to the Ist

lease- The 'Brustees. deem it only necessary to
