Upon reading the petition of Charles O. Scriv-
en and John Scriven, executors of the estate of
the late Charles Odingsells, praying for leave lo
sell and dispose of the real estate—and the said
petition for the said sales appearing fair and sat
isfactory to this court—It is ordered, that the said
txecutors have leave to sell the real estate enume
rated in their petition provided their application
to this honi*i’able court for thus purpose, be pub
lished in any two of the papers of the city for at
least nine months previous to the final leave to
sell, notifying all persons to appear and approv
the order for sale if they see fit, pursuant to the act
of assembly in such case made and provided.

The following is the real estate alluded in the
