two thousand acres; - another tract in Chatoam
county, known as the Old' Orphan House tract,
containing four hundred Sad seventy acres; Burn
side’s Island, containing two hundred and fifty
acres, hammock land, with all the improvements,
situated in said county of Chatham- a Lot in
Broughton-street, city of Savannah, with the Im
provements thereon; and one other tract in raid
