expires oil the 30th instant, and as it is inconveni
ent thst a cent ral public building of the city should
be occupied by private individuals, the mayor is
hereby directed to retain such rooms in the said
Exchange as he may deem necessary for the Offi
cers of council, under the rule passed by this
board in September las', ^c-d thst he lease out
annually the other parts Jr the said building, to
any person or persons needing pub'iq offices un
der this state'or th* United States, u on such
terms and conditions as he can ' make with said
parties; and in ease the said persons do not
make application for the aame, the Exchange com
