hereby directed to retain such rooms in the said
Exchange as he may deem necessary far the offi

annually the other parts of the said building, to

Upon the petition of John Tanney, assig
nee of Thomas Netherclift,* praying the
foreclosure of the following premises, mort
gaged by Daniel Nunes, to the said Tho
mas Neiherclift, -his Jteita and assigns lose,
secure to the said Thomas Nelherclift, his
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
the payment of seven hundred and eighty
nine pounds, three shillings and four pence,
lawful money of the province of Georgia,
with interest from the.date ofsaid mort
gage, due on a certain bond or obligation,
bearing date the fifteenth day of June, one
thousand seven hundred and eighty one, to
wit, all those two lots of land, situate in
the town (now city) of Savanuah, known by
the plan of sa,d town by the combers four
and five, Digby tything, Decker ward t
bounding to the north on the Bay.-and to the
south on a small street or lane, containing
each sixty feet in front, and ninety feet in

and on motion of Myers & Nicholl, attor

within twelve months from this date, and
unless the same be so paid, the equity of re
demption shall be thenceforth foreclosed,
and other proceedings take place pursuant
to the act of asiembly in such case made
and provided; and it is further ordered, that
this rule be published in one of the gazettes
of this stale at lgast once a month, until
the time appointed for payment as afore
said, or served on the heirs or other repre
