of the Alatamaha river, adjoining foe celebrated

ImiuIs for sale.
One thousand and fifty acres of LAND, in Mc
Intosh county, Broro neck, in two separate tracts,
one of which containing three hundred ana sixty
(369) acres, is situated on foe Salts, immediately
open to Sapelo Islands remarkably healthy, wilha
good two-story dwelling House, Kitchen and oth-
er necessiry out buildings on the‘premises; two
hundred acres of wlfch are good cotton land,
cleared and under good fence. The ofoer tract,
which is within a mile and a half of the first, con
tains 640 acres, two hundred and fifty (250) of
which are of first quality high inland swamp, veiy
level and easily drained, haying a large'salt creek
at either extremity—it may be eonaidered a* prime
land for core, cotton or auger cape, and. may be
rendered perfectly secure by a force of 40 or 50
