The subscriber wishing to remove from Edge-
field district. South Caroline, will dispose of his
Plantations, about 15 miles from Augusta, (Ga.)—
One tract lying on Cheves’s creek, containing one
thousand and thirteen acres; one other on Horn's
Creek, containing six hundred forty nine acres.—
On the former is a good dwelling house, and all
iieccs.-ary out buildings, grist mill, cotton machine
and distillery, with about 500 acres under cultiva
tion; on the latter tract there is an eligible site
fir a mill or cotton gin. The lands are well a.
dapted to the growth *>f cotton or wheat.
With the Lands will also be sold, 40 or 50
NEGROES, good field hands; and the stock,
which is considerable, together with the season’s
crop, if required.

The subscriber offers for sals, his PLANTA
TION, consisting of six hundred and sixty acres
oflaml, situate on the road leading from Louis
ville to AugU3ta, distant about three miles from
