Valuable Land If Negroes for sale.
The subscriber offers for sale, his PLANT A-
TKjiN, consisting of six hundred and sixty acres
of land, situate on the road leading from Louis-
ville to Augusta, distant about three miles from
the former place. It is well improved; and there,
is rather more than two hundred acres of cleared
land, all fresh, and under excellent fences. With
the plantation would be sold forty-fire prime
Slaves. Possession of the property may be had
about the middle oi January next.

Valuable Lands for sale.
A tract of LAND situated upon the south side
of the Alatamaha river, adjoining the celebrated
plantation of J.hn Couper, esq. whose crops of
cotton made there ore known to be of the .first

in a re-survey by McKinnon: the remainder is

Lands for sale.
One thousand and fifty acres of LAND, in Mc
Intosh county, Broreyieck, in two separate tracts,
one of which containing three hundred and sixty
(360) acres, is situated cn the Salts, immediately
open to Sapelo Island, remarkably healthy, with a
good two-story dwelling House, Kitchen and oth
er necessary out buildings on the premises; two
hundred acres of which are good cotton land,
cleared and under good fence. The other tract,
which is within a mile and a half efthe first, con
tains 640 acres, two hundred and fifty (250) of
which aTe of first quality high inland swamp, very
level and easily drained, having a large salt creek
at either extremity—it may be considered as prime
land for corn, cotton or sugar cane, and may be
rendered perfectly secure by a force of 40 or 50
hands.—There is a great deal cf light red oak
Land, some stoney krowles, and the balance well

Frf.d'* Cottliib Steisxetx, furrier, who kf\
considerable property, to which property his two
sons, Charles Augustus Steinmetz, mercliar.t, and
Ju&On Ferdinand Steinmetz, .a gold arid silver*
smith, are the co-.heirs. %
These two broth< rs have been a long time ir»
the United State* of America, viz Charles Augus
tus, who adotited the name of Charles Stemert #
has been for s**me time in Bo&ton, at other times
in Philadelphia, Baltimore ana New-York—Justin
Ferdinand, under the asiumedname of Justin Fer
dinand Smidt, ha* been also residing in the above
places, and for some tin e in Savannah, (Georgia.)
1 heir three sisters, now living here, have net
heard from their brother* since the year 1810—
they are \cry desirous to come to a settlement in
regard to the aforementioned inheritance, and
therefore herewith request all such per9ora who
may have some knowledge * f the said Charles Au
gustus Steinmetz, alias Charles Steinert, and Justin
Ferdinand S:e*nm>2tz alias Justin Ferdinand Smidt,
to give all the information in their power as to
their places of residence, (if they he alive) wheth
er they have families, &c.
