I boarded off this port a Spanish schooner
named Dose Ilamaniies, 27 days from Havana,
hound to Savannah, Geo. ’ When I boarded
him he supposed himself off St. Augustine—had
lost throe anchors, und boat, loaded with cofTee,
cigars and fruit.—There was nothing suspicious
about him; kud only seven persous on board; he
requested tne to report him. I also gave him a
certificate that 1 hud bourded him. He deter
mined to go back to Havana and refit, being
scarce of provisions. 1 make this report in con*
sequence of a report being in circulation that a
suspicious vessel had been seen off this hurbor.
