Constitution of the Stato of Goorgiu.”
StonoN 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of
Representatives of the State of Georgia in Geuerat As
sembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of tho
same. That all records mndo or other official acts done by
any former clerks of the Court of Ordinary since tho tilth
of December, 1851, be and the samn are hereby mndo
valid to all Intents and purposes, and that any exemplifi
cation of said records, executed In due form, shall bo
admlisable as evidence In nil courts of law and equity in
this State.

Buildings of the City from dofacomout.
S EO. lit. Beit ordained by the Mayor and Aldermen of
tho City of Savannah, and the Hamlets thereof in
Council assembled. That It shall not bo lawfbl for any
perrons to paste or affix any paper or advertisement upon
any building. waU or tree, within the city. And for a
violation of this Ordinance, the person affixing or causing
the tame to be affixed, or tho person for whose uso ana
benefit the tamo may be dono, shall be fined for each of
fence, In a sum not exceeding FI vo Dollars, one-half to go
to the luformer.
