That from and after the flrst day of June next, all Wills
and testaments of personal property shall be In writing
and signed by the party ao wilting and bequeathing the
■ame, or by some other person In hla presence, and by
his oxpreM directions, and shall bo attested and aubscrib-
- edln the presence of tho said testator by three or four
credible witnesses, or elso they shall be utterly void and
ornoneffocl.
Sac. 2. And be it further enacted by the authority
aforesaid. That all lawa and parts of laws now of force In
this State, and applicable to the Revocation of devises of
veal estate, shall extend to Wills and testaments of person-
it farther enacted by the authority

Council aeeemiled, That It shall not be lawful for any
persona to paste or affix any paper or advertisement upon
any building, wall or tree, within the city. And fora
violation of this Ordinance, tho person affixing or causing
the same to. be affixed, or tho person for whose use and
benefit the same may bo done, shall be lined for each of
fence, In a stun not exceeding Five Dollars, one-half to go
to the Informer.
