OF DEATHS, that annually
occur, arc caused by Prevent
able Diseases, aud the greater
portion of those complaints
would, if Radway’s Ready Re
lief or Pills, (as the case may
require,) were administered
when pain or uneasiness nr
slight sickness is experienced,
be exterminated from the sys
tem in a few hours. PAIN, no
matter from what cause, is
almost instantly cured by the
Ready Relief. In cases of Cho
lera, Diarrhoea, Cramps, Spasms
Bilious Cholic, in fact all rains,
Aches and Infirmities either in
the Stomach, Bowels, Bladder,
Kidneys, or the Joints, Muscles,
Legs, Arms, Rheumatism, Neu
ralgia, Fever and Ague, Head
ache, Toothache, &c., will in a
FEW MINUTES yield to the
soothing influence of the Ready
Relief.
Sudden Colds, Coughs, Influenza, Dip
therm, Hoarseness, Sore Throat, Chills, Fever
and Ague, Mercurial Tains, Scarlet Fever,
Ac., &c., take from four to six of Radway’s
Tills, and also take a teaspoonful of the
Ready Relief in a glass of warm water, sweet
ened with sugar or honey; bathe the throat,
head and chest with Ready Relief, (if Ague
or Intermittent Fever, bathe the spine also,)
in the morning you will be cured.
How the Ready Relief Acts !
In a few minutes the patient will feel a
slight tingling irritation, and the skin be
comes reddened; if there is much distress in
the stomach, tho Relief will assist nature in
removing the offending cause, —a general
warmth is felt throughout tho entire body,
and its diffusive stimulating properties
rapidly courses through every vein and tissue
of tho system, arousing the slothful and
partially paralyzed glands and organs to re
newed and healthy action, perspiration fol
lows, and tho surface of the body feels in
creased heat. The sickness at stomach, colds,
chills, hcad-acho, oppressed breathing, the
soreness of the throat, and all pains, either
internally or externally, rapidly subside, and
the patient falls into a tranquil sleop, awakes
tefreshed, invigorated, cured.® t
It will bo found that in using the Rebel
externally, cither on the spino or across the
kidneys, or over the stomach and bowels, that
for several days after a pleasing warmth will
be felt, showing the length of time it con
tiuues its influence over tho diseased parts.

per bottle. Sold by Druggists and Country

New Albany, Ind., March 12, 18G7.
For forty years I havo been afflicted with
costiveness, and for the last twenty was com
pelled daily to resort to injections to secure
an evacuation. In December last I com
menced the use of Radway’s Pills. After
taking a few doses, my liver, stomach, and

feel as hearty and strong as I did 40 years
ago.

HIGH ENDORSEMENT FROM TIIE
MEDICAL COLLEGE OF PRUSSIA.
DR. RADWAY
la in receipt of an important official docu
ment, signed by the Professors of tho
Medical College of Breslau, Prussia,
embodying the result of an
analysis of
RADWAY’S REGULATING FELLS.
“ The Faculty of the College state in their
report that after a careful and minute examina
tion, they have tho honor to state that “ the
pills are not only free from every substance
injurious to health, but aro composed wholly
of substances and elements promotive of
digestion, and certain at the same time to
act favorably upon the nervous system, &c.,
&c. They state, further, that tho injurious
rumors set afloat by the Prussian apotho
caries originated “in a mean spirit of trade
jealousy, excited by the great celebrity at
tained by tho Pills within a very brief
period.”
Signed on behalf of the College,
DR. PHIL. THEOBALD WERNER,
Director of the Polytechnic Jlttreau.
DR. HESSE, First Assistant,
INDIGESTION !
In cases wliero natural evacuations are
difficult to secure, and a quick discharge is
essential, take six of Kadway's Piils and pul
verize them, —take the pill powder in water
or preserves,—in half an hour they will ope
rate. Wo have known the most distressing
pains of Gastritis, Bilious Cholic. Inflamma
tion, Congestion, &c., stopped, and the re
tained irritating humors expelled from the
bowels in thirty minutes by this treatment.
It is however, better in chronic cases to take
the pills as they are, and let them gradually
dissolve in the stomach. These Pills possess
in the Siphest degree cathartic, aperient,
tonic, and diapharotic properties. They do
do not weaken or debilitate the system or
any of its organs, and will leave the bowels
regular and healthy. They purify and equal
ize the circulation of the blood. No conges
tion or inflammation will occur while the
system is under their influence. Price 25
cents per box, or 5 boxes for one dollar.

astonishing rapidity every form
of Chronic, Scrofulous and Skin

. One bottle of Dr. Radway’a Renovating Re

principles of the best Jamaica Sarsaparilla,
(Sarsaparillian,) than Ten of the largest size
bottles of the mixture sold under the name

The process adopted by Dr. Radway in
securing extracts (prepared in vacuo,) of
Medicinal Roots, Plants, Herbs, and other
vegetables possessing great curative proper
ties over Scrofula, Chronic, Syphilitic and

matter that enters so generally in the large
bottle mixtures and prepared under the offi

One tcaspoonfui of the Resolvent is suffi

all Sores, Pimples, Blotches, Pustules, Tet

So swift is this remedy in passing into tnecir
